Honey Pearls™ Nectacot Tree

The perfect pollinator for Sugar Pearls

Write your own review

This unique apricot-nectarine cross was selected to be the perfect match to pollinate Sugar Pearls, but has top merits all its own! Luscious deep orange fruit has a complex and rich, sweet-tart flavor and an intoxicating fragrance. Late bloom time helps avoid the dangers of spring frosts allowing trees to produce reliable annual crops. Very heavy yields of crack-free fruit ripens in July. Zones 4-7. PPAF.

Comments: We spent years looking for the best match to our favorite apricot, Sugar Pearls, so you can imagine our elation when we discovered this scrumptious variety was the perfect pollinator! Sweetly aromatic, richly flavorful and juicy, this new apricot /nectarine cross has it's own attributes. Very late bloom time avoids damaging late frost which leads to heavy yields of crack-free fruit. Delectable nectacots have ambrosial, deep orange flesh and red-blushed skin, ripening to perfection in July. Unable to ship to AE, AK, CA, CO, GU, HI, ID, OR, PR, WA.
