This amazing variety can grow up to 10 in. in diameter and weigh up to 10 lbs! Even at this incredible size the flavor remains tender, sweet and delicious with no woody taste! Kossak Hybrid Kohlrabi has a nice, mild cabbage flavor and is excellent eaten raw on vegetable platters, sliced into a salad or grated into a slaw. It can also be used in sautés and stir-fries. High in vitamin C, it has good storage ability. Kohlrabi is a cool season vegetable and is ideal for growing in spring or fall gardens. 65 DAYS.
