Comments: Pie cherry. Fruit produces clear juice. Fruit is firm enough to hold shape during canning. Standard for pie cherries. Fruit has a rich, tart, and tangy flavor. Tree requires good drainage and aeration. Hardy to -40 degrees F. Sour and bush cherries will tolerate heavier soils. Cherries do not like wet feet.
