50 days. Attractive, frilly, red-veined, red-green leaves. Tender, sweet variety tolerates cold so well you can pick it into late fall or early winter. Healthful and tasty any way you eat it—steamed, in salads or stir-fry!
Tasty, not overpowering flavor. Big leaves cover a slice of bread. Use in roll ups, slice, stab w/ toothpicks for memorable appetizers. My favorite veggie experiment from last season. Almost no work, total payoff!
