This stuff is an awesome producer and very pest resistant here in Southern Missouri. It produced tons of produce for us all summer long and would have continued to do so had our free range rabbits not discovered it. We steamed it, stir fried it, put feta cheese on it, added small leaves to our salad. One cup can give you over 50% of your sK, A, and C! Don't pass this one up!
