This gourmet potato with sweet and buttery flavor is a stand out. Produces enormous yields of waxy-fleshed golden potatoes that are slightly sweeter than Yukon. Yellow Finn is the best variety to use for salads, gratins and scalloped potatoes—but is also great boiled, fried and mashed! Matures midseason, resistant to scab and stores very well.
Very thin skin, rich buttery taste. This is the only potato we grow. Just love them!
