One taste of this incredibly juicy, melt-in-your-mouth, white nectarine and "Yumm yumm!" is all we could utter between mouthfuls. If you don't think that it is better tasting than any store-bought nectarine you've ever tasted (or peach, for that matter), let us know and we will refund your money, no questions asked! Sets dependable yields of white-fleshed fruit in mid- to late June. Resistant to bacterial spot— those pesky spots you see on most peaches. Self-pollinating. Zones 5-8.
I got a SD tree 2 years ago. Last year I had to majorly thin fruit. When all was said and done I had about a bushel of nectarines. They were the most delicious things I have ever tasted! I shared with family and neighbors who all agreed.
This tree had such a huge crop! Even after thinning mightally, I shared with all my family and friends. I probably got 2 bushel off this 3 year old tree. Out produced my 6 year old peach trees!
