Comments: Great new perennial strain developed from a cross between a Mexican and a United States species. This compact growing penstemon is quite durable, has handled Winter temperatures as low as -13 degrees F., and doesn't seem to suffer in the Summer heat and humidity. Because of it's low-maintenance and compact-growth habit, it is a good choice for container gardening.
