  • Stores well
  • Certified seed potatoes
One of the best-tasting potatoes we've tried. Rose Finn Fingerling produces small, slender, finger-shaped, cylindrical tubers with attractive rose-yellow skin and pale yellow flesh. The firm potatoes have a wonderful, buttery flavor that really comes out when roasted. They're also excellent in salads and soups. Fingerling potatoes are small, stubby potatoes that, unlike new potatoes, are harvested at their mature stages. They have delicate skins and don't require peeling. Their firm texture holds up well to roasting and boiling. They store well.
