Creeping Phlox

Tiny flowers, big impact

Creeping Phlox

Tiny flowers, big impact
This perennial ground cover bursts with tiny, star-shaped blossoms in early to mid spring. Thick mats of evergreen, needlelike foliage grow 4-6" tall with a 2 ft. spread. Phlox are pretty planted en masse or mix complimentary shades for an exciting effect. Plant them in rock gardens, along pathways or simply let them spill over a wall. Phlox have low water needs, are drought tolerant once established and even thrive in poor soils. They grow best in full sun to partial shade. 2 plants cover 3 sq. ft. Zones 4-9.

Pink Emerald
Happy, cheery, bubble gum-pink blossoms greet you each spring.

Blue Emerald
Calming, dreamy, lavender-blue blankets of color create a tranquil oasis.

Atropurpurea
Vibrant, bright red blooms make a bold statement.

North Hills
Waves of bright white flowers with cobalt eyes lend romantic, old-fashioned charm to any setting.
