Carmine Jewel™ Dwarf Cherry TreeThis gem has a flavor superior to any other cherry out there!
![]() Write your own review Carmine Jewel is a totally new kind of cherry, combining the luscious sweetness of sweet cherries, with the complex flavors of pie or tart cherries and the easy-to-maintain dwarf growth habit of bush cherries. You'll never need (or want) another cherry! Loads of large, wine-colored fruit cover this 6-ft. bush in August. Cherries have a small pit and are exceptional for fresh eating, pies, preserves, canning, freezing, wine and juice. With yields of 15 lbs. or more by the fourth year and 20-30 lbs. in its fifth year, you are sure to have enough fruit for all your favorite uses. Carmine Jewel is very easy to grow and maintain. With very little pressure from pests or disease, and extreme cold hardiness—not much bothers this tough, but beautiful shrub. It can easily double as an ornamental landscape feature with an attractive growth habit, dense, rich green foliage and lovely pink and white blossoms in the spring. As an added bonus, you'll never have to worry about suckers of inferior quality popping up—Carmine Jewel is grown on its own roots, not grafted like most cherries. Carmine Jewel exhibits hardiness into zone 2b. It is such a new release that regional testing has not been completed, so no data is available for Southern adaptability. Remember, as always, our Lifetime Guarantee applies. Self-pollinating. Not available in CA, OR, WA. » View Larger Product Image
